When will my order be delivered?
Orders are processed within 24-72 business hours.
Orders with Priority Shipping in 24h.
Delivery times vary by destination: in Italy, shipping generally takes 5-10 business days excluding processing time. You will receive an email with tracking to monitor the status of your package.
Tracking is not updating, what should I do?
If the tracking doesn't update right away, don't worry! Sometimes carriers take up to 48 hours to update the system. If the problem persists beyond 5 days, contact us at aqualitypets@gmail.com
Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
You can request a change of address within 12 hours of ordering by emailing us at aqualitypets@gmail.com After that time, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes.
We would need to ship a new package, but at half the cost to the customer.
What do I do if the package shows as in storage or delivered but I have not received it?
In the event of an overstock or non-delivery, we recommend that you contact your local courier company to arrange a new delivery attempt.
If the package is returned to our warehouse, a reshipment fee of 19€ will be charged.
What is the return policy?
You can request a return within 365 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in the original packaging and undamaged. To initiate the return process, contact us at aqualitypets@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we make an error.
